And soon. . . Christmas!
This post is for my blogging friend, Peggy. (You made me do it). I am slow to get into the Christmas spirit. Heidi in her own way is showing some Christmas excitement.
Who me! Woof! It is the Christmas season.
Philip wanted me to be a reindeer and prance up and down on the road.
It won't happen. Two minute outside on the icy road and I have to raise my feet one at a time to keep them from freezing. I do what I have to and head for the door to the house and my favourite couch.
I do think I look cool in profile.

Poor reluctant Heidi--reluctant to humor you with antlers, reluctant to do bathroom duties outside.
But not reluctant to hog the couch.
You really have a ton of the stuff. We have a lot less, but it's still white, even after all of the rain today.
Tell Heidi I am very proud of her and she looks very festive!! She can join my animals in their protest of Christmas attire. LOL
Man I want some of that snow!!
LOL...She would make a good reindeer. After all, she is all most as big as one.
It started sleeting here about 11:30 this morning and is still going at it. It's suppose to be freezing rain until noon tomorrow. I'm sure we would be better off with snow. Our high yesterday was 60...right now its 26. Crazy weather!
That's the most beautiful reindeer I have ever seen, hahahaha !
That is so cute! Poor Heidi!
I hope you stayed warm and dry the last couple of days. Did you lose power at all?
Porr Philip! Having to dig all of that snow!
Heidi you look wonderful! I think the profile pic is my fave too!
I think cool, laid back, couch loving dogs should just chill out man! :o)
Wish Philip a Merry Christmas for me won't you?
Peggy is kind of addicting isn't she? lol very cute deer.
Just too cute!!! :)
That is a lot of snow! I would be snuggled up in the house and not leave until spring thaw if that were our area.
I see in that second photo that Heidi can barely contain her excitement. ;) Too funny!
I would like to have just a little of that snow too.
That is a lot of snow! We only have three or four inches right now.
It doesn't look like it is going to melt anytime soon, though, so we may get more to add to it.
Love the Heidi pictures! Very festive.
You have a lot of snow there. We had none until Tuesday night and then we got about 6 inches. It made for a pretty day with snow on all the evergreens and trees. Ponds and creeks are iced over. Winter is finally here. There is a winter storm warning out for Friday, so we shall see what happens then.
Heidi looks beautiful all decked out for Christmas.
Take care and stay safe and warm.
Blessings,
Mary
She looks like she has about as much Christmas spirit as you do !
Try some carols...it might spark you both up.
